Coaching INSET - a "one-off", one day training event for you & your colleagues.
Coaching Programme - high impact coaching for fast, lasting change in your school.
Phase 1 - Your team of up to 12 people are trained to take the lead in introducing coaching. We use a 3D learning approach so that trainee coaches can develop and consolidate their skills effectively, introduce lots of skills & advanced techniques, and deliver them over an average of 6 months; they can be taken at "Foundation", "Coaching Champion" and/or "Masters" levels. Programmes typically include:
· 3-4 training sessions (these can be full days, half days or twilights)
· 2-3 observation & assessment days
· A final review session
· A "Fool-Proof" Coaching Toolkit
· Practice File
· Toolkit CD
· Unlimited Helpdesk Support for the duration of the programme
· Report indicating impact & improvement made via the programme
Phase 2 - Enables you to build your coaching capacity
Phase 3 - Roll out and embed coaching, making sure it's sustainable in your school & have the opportunity to achieve Coaching Quality Mark and/or Student Coaching Hub status

Coaching Programme Accreditation
Teachers who participate in a Kudos Coaching Programme are entitled to accreditation free of charge under the Accreditation Agreement that operates between Edge Hill University and Kudos.
Successful completion of the programme entitles you to 20 credits at Masters Level.
You can then take a further 40 credits (online) free of charge if you want to, enabling you to gain 60 credits in total, which can count toward the 180 needed for a Masters degree.
