Personal Consultation / Induction & Welcome Call
30 minute telephone appointment at a mutually convenient time to discuss goals for the programme, welcome you, answer any questions and tell you how to get the most of out of your membership

Laser Coaching – Book Additional Places @ just £15 each
We know you're busy, so our ‘Laser Coaching’ appointments are scheduled to last just 15-30 minutes when it's convenient for you.  School Membership of the SLG means it’s up to you who we work with and how often.  It might be a ‘one-off’ for as little as 15 minutes, you might split the sessions equally or you can ‘sign up’ everyone for every session!  This makes it possible for school or individual issues to be addressed, and increases the commitment to take action to change or move things forward.  You’ll also get weekly progress checks and daily support (for 3 weeks after each ‘Laser Coaching’ session) which means you are supported, challenged and held accountable for taking action  FREE Call (Skype)

So how can we help? Just send us the question you want answered when you book your appointment. Whatever you want, we are confident that you can change it, solve it, or achieve it!

Daily support
We offer daily support via email, text, telephone for our members. You can also chat to us online or network with other members by posting messages and ideas on our “Network2Learn” discussion board. If you require support, just send your contact details along with a brief message 24/7. We aim to respond within 24 hours but this could take up to 7 days during busy periods. We prioritise messages marked ‘URGENT’ and promise that we’ll get back to you just as soon as we can

Group Workout
This monthly forum or "Action Learning Set" is an opportunity to gain valuable insights and solve problems by sharing experiences, expertise and ideas with like-minded individuals.  Like tele-seminars, Group Workouts are scheduled as twilight sessions to minimise disruption and cover problems  FREE Call (Skype)

10-Step eProgramme: “10 Secrets of Success for School Leaders”
Every month (except for August & December) you’ll receive one of the “10 Secrets of Success for School Leaders” direct to your inbox. You simply focus on 1 step each month and work at your own pace to apply these secrets in your working life. You’ll also notice that our unique step-by-step coaching approach means that each secret is personalised and relevant to you – this enables you to easily build and consolidate your leadership skills

Tele-Seminars
Every month we hold a seminar which members dial into. They are one-hour ‘bite-sized’ sessions for leaders to learn and pick up tips and ideas that help them work more effectively.Each month (except for August & December) one of the “10 Secrets of Success for School Leaders” is covered to support the eProgramme. Please note that Tele-seminars are scheduled as twilight sessions to minimise disruption and cover problems  FREE Call (Skype)

Training Intensive – Book Additional Places @ just £97 each
A face-to-face event is held every term. These ‘Training Intensive’ days are fast-paced, engaging and packed with practical strategies, tips and information which is specifically designed to make a huge difference to your success AND the success of your school. Events focus on developing practical leadership skills so that you are equipped and prepared to work more effectively and ‘take a bit of the load off’. They also include realistic, down-to-earth ideas and resources that you can take back to school and start using immediately to help improve individual and organisational performance. The membership fee covers delivery, materials, refreshments, and follow up.  You’re welcome to book additional places for your SLG Members at the discounted rate shown. Members will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation charges where applicable

Membership Pack
This contains gym information, membership cards and a certificate for your school. During your membership period you’ll be also able to use SchoolLeadersGym.com Member on your letterhead and website to show your commitment to developing your leadership talent
